Homeworth Realty Corp is incorporated by a Family-Oriented Group of Friends. It is a plan executed. An action performed. A picture came to life. And a success that’s about to take place. Our friendship started as early as 1991. And our Real Estate job in 1998 became our forte which eventually turned to be our passion. It is a job that we cannot leave – but live.. As long as the need for shelter and business address continuously arises.. And so, it means – forever..

- To operate, hold or manage real estate business acquired through purchase,
lease, donation or otherwise. - To use, improve, develop, subdivide, sell, mortgage, exchange, lease, develop and invest in real estate of all kinds, whether improved, managed; or deal in or dispose of buildings, houses, apartments, townhouses, condominiums and other structures of whatever kind together with the improvements.
- To purchase, acquire, own lease, sell
property of every kind and description as may be necessary or incidental to conduct our corporate business. - To invest in other companies and enter into joint venture agreements with any
company, partnership, persons or government entities, domestic or foreign.
